Short answers to what most owners want to know first.

Do we need clean data before we start?

No. Most projects start from exports and spreadsheets. If the data needs cleaning, or a step needs automating with SQL or Python, we include it in the written scope.

Tableau or Power BI?

Both. If you already use one, we build in it. If not, we recommend one based on your licences, your team’s skills and where your data lives.

How is a project priced?

Each project gets a written scope and a fixed quote before any work starts. Ongoing support, if you want it, is agreed separately.

Who owns the finished dashboards?

You do. Workbooks, data preparation files and documentation are handed over in full.

Do you work outside Mumbai?

Yes. We meet clients in person across the Mumbai region and work remotely with businesses elsewhere in India.

Can we start small?

Yes. You can start with one recurring report rebuilt as a dashboard. You see it working on your own data before deciding on anything bigger.

How we handle your details

What we collect

Your name, email address, service choice and message, plus your company and phone number if you provide them. The website also uses a one-way hash of your network address to limit automated submissions.

Why

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a scope and quote. We don’t add you to mailing lists.

Who else handles it

Enquiries are stored privately in our website’s Cloudflare database. FormSubmit processes the details to forward an email notification to contact@datumanalytica.in.

Stored enquiries

We retain enquiries so we can follow up and refer to the agreed scope. To request access, correction or deletion, contact us at the address below.
